Goblet Squat and regressions for it

The Goblet Squat is a fantastic exercise to re-educate the body on how to squat correctly.

With a weight held out front, we learn to sit down between the knees and not on them.

In the video , I also give you some alternatives if you are still working on your mobility and cannot yet perform the full Goblet Squat.
