The windshield wiper roll is a very soothing exercise that stretches the lower back and QL muscles.
They can provide immediate relief of low back tightness.
Lead the movement with your eyes and maintain nasal breathing as you gently rotate your legs from side to side.
Don’t move into pain, just work within the range of motion your body allows and allow your breath to create more range in the movement over time.
