Egg Rolls
The Egg Roll is a fantastic way to create much-needed nourishing rotation through the spine.
The Egg roll helps us to relearn the fact that by design, our head follows our eyes and our body follows our head.
To perform - Lay on your back and pull your knees up towards your chest. You can keep your head on the ground or lift it off…Look to your left shoulder and continue trying to look over your shoulder until your body rolls to the left.
Once on your left side, look to the right and continue looking right until your body rolls to the right.
If you need to, feel free to give yourself a little assist by bumping the elbow/upper arm off the floor to get rolling to the other side.
You will find in time, that the body is truly one piece, you will find that the head can bring the body along all on its own via connection through the trunk, hips and shoulders that begin to wire together via the egg roll and other rolling variations.
Perform sets of 10 to 50 reps or do them for 2 minutes up to 10, either way, just do them and thank me later!
